Yes. Our team members are carefully selected through an extensive hiring process and complete our Perfect Maintenance Training Program. We perform criminal background checks on all team members, and Rise and Shine is licensed, bonded, and insured.
We make every effort to send the same Cleaning Technician each visit so you can get to know each other. Occasionally, illness, vacations, or other circumstances may require us to send another trained Technician.
No. It is not necessary for you to be home, and the majority of our clients prefer not to be. For your peace of mind, our team is fully insured and bonded.
No. Rise and Shine does not require a contract.
For first-time deep cleans, we may send a team of two cleaning technicians. For recurring cleaning service, we typically send one Cleaning Technician.
